About This

• We owned a pet salon and a big problem was managing customer expectations when they brought in a heavily matted dog. We had to shave the mats out.
• These matted fur release forms were created to guide pet parents into understanding why mats must be shaved out, that the groom may not look as expected, and that mats are dangerous for dogs.
• Each pad of 100 forms was designed and printed in the USA.
